Dr. Carla Perna, a distinguished consultant clinical oncologist specializing in urological cancers like prostate and testicular cancer, required a polished online presence to showcase her expertise in treatments such as brachytherapy, stereotactic radiotherapy, MRIdian, and Lutetium PSMA therapy. Her existing digital footprint lacked a cohesive website with an engaging homepage, optimized blog content, and active social media to connect with patients effectively. The goal was to develop a patient-focused platform that highlights her 15+ years of experience, drives inquiries, and ensures seamless access across devices while incorporating ongoing blog writing and social media management.

The strategy centered on building Dr. Perna’s website from a refined Figma prototype, integrating her work at GenesisCare Guildford, Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital, and other sites with clear sections for services, research contributions, and patient resources. Blog writing was tailored to educate on topics like hypo-fractionated radiotherapy and theranostics, while social media management amplified her insights on early detection and advanced treatments to foster community engagement. Mobile optimization and fast load times were prioritized to mirror patient needs for quick, credible information.

The revamped website, paired with consistent blog posts and social media activity, has transformed Dr. Perna’s digital identity into a trusted hub that boosts patient confidence and appointment conversions. Strategic calls-to-action streamline inquiries, while optimized performance ensures accessibility for her London, Guildford, and Surrey patients. This comprehensive approach positions Dr. Perna as a leading uro-oncology expert, making vital information readily available.
