With our healthcare website development expertise, clinics stay worry-free, compliant, and always accessible to new and returning patients. Where Clinic Websites Fail
Four ways clinics
lose patients
Your website was built by someone who has never read the CAP code.
A general agency writes claims a private clinic is not allowed to make, and you find out only when a complaint lands.
It looks fine and converts nothing.
The design wins the pitch, then sits there quietly taking enquiries from almost nobody who arrives.
Google cannot tell whether to trust it.
No named clinician, no credentials, no structure it reads as expertise, so you never rank for the treatments you offer.
Nobody owns it.
It was built once, handed over and forgotten, so nothing is measured, nothing is updated and no one is accountable.

Answers About Our Website Design Services
Questions,
answered.
The things clinics ask us most before starting a website project. Anything we haven't covered? Send us a note.
How much does a private clinic website cost?
The honest answer is that it depends on scope. A single-site clinic website is a very different project from a multi-site group with treatment libraries, integrations and ongoing content. We look at what you actually need, then give you a fixed quote after a short discovery call. You will never be surprised by the number, and we will tell you if a smaller build would serve you better.
How long does it take, and what will you need from us?
Most clinic websites take around six to ten weeks, depending on the number of pages and how ready your content is. From you we need brand assets, access to your current site and hosting, and a named point of contact who can approve work. We handle the writing, design, build and technical setup ourselves. Clear approvals at each stage are the single biggest thing that keeps a project on schedule.
Who writes the treatment content, and who checks it is compliant?
Our own healthcare copywriters write your treatment pages, working from your clinical input rather than guesswork. Every claim is written against the CAP code, GMC and GDC guidance and your CQC obligations before it goes near the site. Your clinical lead then reviews and signs off the content, so nothing is published that you are not comfortable standing behind. Compliance is built into the writing from the start, not added on at the end.
Will we lose our Google rankings when the new site goes live?
Handled properly, a migration protects your rankings rather than putting them at risk. We map every existing URL, put the right redirects in place, and carry over the content and metadata that already earn you traffic. We keep the technical foundations, such as structured data and site speed, at least as strong as before. We also monitor search performance closely in the weeks after launch so anything unexpected is caught quickly.
Do we own the website, or are we renting it from you?
You own your website outright. The design, the code and the content are yours, and we hand over full access to the site, hosting and domain. You are never locked into a rolling licence just to keep your own site online. If you ever choose to move on, everything leaves with you.
Can you integrate with our practice management and booking system?
Yes, we regularly connect clinic sites to the tools practices already run on. We work with Cliniko, Semble, Heydoc, Dentally and Pabau, among others, for booking and patient management. We set up the flow so enquiries and appointment requests land where your team already works. If you use a system we have not named, we will check its options and tell you honestly what is possible.
What happens after launch, and what does support cost?
Launch is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. We offer ongoing support plans that cover hosting, updates, security, backups and small content changes, and we agree the level and cost with you up front. You can also come to us for larger work such as new pages, SEO and campaigns as the clinic grows. There are no compulsory lock-ins, just support you can rely on when you need it.
Why not just use a general web design agency, or a freelancer?
A general agency or freelancer can build you an attractive site, but healthcare has rules most of them have never had to learn. We work only with private clinics, so the CAP code, GMC and GDC guidance and CQC requirements are second nature to us. We also understand how patients actually choose a consultant, which shapes the content and the layout. You get a partner who protects your registration and fills your appointment book, not just a nice design.
