1. Who we are

Pulse Digital Health ("we", "us", "our") operates pulsedigital.health from 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SR, United Kingdom. Contact: info@pulsedigital.health, +44 7471 370 804.

2. Use of this website

You may browse, download and print content from pulsedigital.health for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content without our written permission. You must not use the site in any way that damages, disables or impairs it, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, images, video, illustrations, code, design and branding - is owned by or licensed to Pulse Digital Health and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. "Pulse Digital Health" and the Pulse mark are our trade marks.

4. Editorial content is general information

Our blog, guides and FAQs are provided for general information about healthcare marketing. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, medical or financial advice. Advertising and marketing in healthcare is regulated (including by the ASA, CAP, MHRA, GMC, GDC, HCPC and CQC in the UK); you remain responsible for confirming that any marketing you run complies with the rules that apply to your organisation and profession.

5. Engaging us for services

Where you engage Pulse Digital Health to provide services, the specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in a written proposal or statement of work and are governed by a separate services agreement. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and the services agreement, the services agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: project work is milestone-billed, and all deliverables, accounts, data and assets created for you are set up in your name and remain your property. Term and notice provisions for retainers are set out in the applicable services agreement.

6. Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party websites and may embed third-party tools (for example video players and booking widgets). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites and services.

7. No warranties

We provide this site on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Digital Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how we collect and use personal data and cookies on this site.
