Free AI Visibility Check
How do AI assistants describe your clinic?
Patients now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews about clinics and treatments before they book. Tell us your website and we will check how those tools describe your clinic today, what they cite, and whether your details agree across the web. The check is free and there is no obligation to work with us.
A member of our team carries out each check and writes up what we find in plain English. It is a snapshot, not a promise: AI answers vary by question, person, place and day.
- What AI assistants say about youWe ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews the kinds of questions patients ask about your clinic, specialty and area, and record how each one describes you.
- Which sources they citeWhere an assistant shows its sources, we note which pages it relies on: your website, directories, hospital profiles, reviews or someone else entirely.
- Whether your details agreeWe compare your clinic name, address, phone, practitioners and services across your website, Google Business Profile and the main directories.
- Technical access, llms.txt and schemaWe check whether AI crawlers can reach your site, whether you have an llms.txt file, and whether your structured data matches what your pages say.
You're all set!
Thanks for requesting your AI visibility check. It has landed in our inbox, and we will reply within 48 hours.
What you receive
You receive a written summary by email, in plain English, covering:
- the questions we asked each assistant and a summary of how each one described your clinic on the day of the check;
- any sources the assistants cited, and whether your own website was among them;
- anything inaccurate or out of date, such as an old address, a practitioner who has left or a treatment you no longer offer;
- differences in your name, address, phone number and services across your website, Google Business Profile and directories;
- whether AI crawlers are allowed by your robots.txt, whether you have an llms.txt file, and whether your structured data matches your pages;
- a short list of fixes, in the order we would tackle them.
If you would like to talk it through, you can book a call afterwards. There is no obligation.
What we do not promise
No one can control what an AI assistant says or guarantee that it will mention or recommend a clinic. Answers change with the wording of the question, the person asking, their location and the date, and the tools themselves change often. Google says its AI features need no special markup or files beyond normal search eligibility, and studies have found no clear link between an llms.txt file and AI citations. So we treat this as a check of accuracy and consistency, not a route to guaranteed results.
Why accuracy matters for clinics
AI assistants build their answers from public information: your website, directories, hospital profiles, reviews and press. If those sources disagree, or your own site is thin, the assistant may describe you wrongly or lean on someone else's page. For a regulated healthcare provider, an inaccurate description of your services or practitioners is worth knowing about and correcting. Ofcom reports that more than half of UK adults now use AI tools, and our UK healthcare marketing statistics page has the sources.

FAQs: free AI visibility check
What is an AI visibility check?
It is a snapshot of how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews currently describe your clinic, which sources they appear to rely on, and whether your details are consistent across the web. It also covers the technical basics that let AI crawlers read your site.
Is the AI visibility check really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to work with us. We use the details you give us only to prepare the check and to contact you about it.
Can you guarantee my clinic will appear in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
No. Nobody controls what AI assistants say, and their answers change with the question, the user, the location and the date. The check shows where you stand now and what is worth fixing. It does not promise any ranking, mention or enquiry.
Does an llms.txt file or schema markup get my clinic cited by AI?
There is no good evidence that either one causes AI citations on its own. Google says AI Overviews need no special markup beyond normal SEO eligibility. We check them because accurate, consistent information is easier for any system to read, not because they are a shortcut.
How is this different from the free website SEO report?
The website SEO report looks at how your site performs in Google search: speed, crawling, page content and competitors. The AI visibility check looks at how AI assistants describe your clinic and whether your details agree across the web. You can request both.
